The opportunity
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Content Creation team. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will focus specifically on our email designer tool. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft intuitive and efficient experiences. Your work will span the entire email creation journey, from building templates to exploring how artificial intelligence can transform the creative process for our users. You will be a key voice in defining design excellence and ensuring our platform remains a leader in the industry.
A day in the life
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to define and refine user experiences, using research and data to anchor your design decisions.
- You will communicate your concepts through wireframes and prototypes, conducting usability testing to validate hypotheses and ensure we are building the right solutions.
- You will contribute to our design system and participate in design critiques to maintain high-quality, consistent, and accessible components across the platform.
Who you are
You are a mid-level designer with 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS product design. You possess a deep understanding of information architecture, visual hierarchy, and typography, and you have a proven ability to humanize complex ideas through thoughtful design. You are comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift, and you bring a curious, optimistic mindset to every project. You are skilled at communicating your design vision to stakeholders and have a strong grasp of how to contribute to a design system. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively within our global, multicultural team.
