The role

We are looking for a highly talented Senior Product Designer to join our small, experienced team of five. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ireland. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product suite, ensuring we remain the market leader by delivering human-centered solutions to complex design challenges. We need someone who can see the big picture, handle intricate details, and collaborate effectively across our product squads to drive innovation.

Core responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on discovery initiatives to evaluate new ideas while liaising directly with high-profile sports leagues and clubs.
• Take ownership of the full design lifecycle, from initial research and user journey mapping to usability testing, release, and post-launch monitoring.
• Actively maintain and evolve our Design System while contributing to the broader UX vision, product strategy, and long-term roadmapping.

Skills and experience

• At least 7 years of professional experience in a software product design role.
• A strong online portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UX, UI, and visual design.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to work closely with development teams to build web products and manage complex design requirements.
• Experience conducting usability testing and refining designs based on user feedback.
• Prior experience within the sports industry is considered an asset.
• Fluency in English.
