Kitman Labs’ advanced operating system, the Intelligence Platform (iP) is now used by over 2000 teams in 50 leagues on 6 continents, including the NFL, Premier League, National Women’s Soccer League and MLS.
The Role
We have an opportunity for a thoughtful, extremely talented designer to join our innovative team and help us fundamentally shape our product. Our aim is to remain the market leader, and we need someone who shares that winning mindset and has the desire to drive our product suite forward.
While you should have excellent practical abilities, it is critical that you understand the conceptual aspect that sets the foundation for great design. You are willing to consider all requirements and weigh them accordingly. You can see the bigger picture and break it down into the necessary details. Most importantly, you have the fortitude necessary to deliver human-centred products when challenged with complicated and complex design problems.
A note on the Design team: This is a collaborative role. We work across the product, advising different squads and collaborating with each other daily. We focus on the most important areas where value and innovation are needed by our users. You will join a very strong but small (5 members) team with lots of experience. We are looking for someone who is proactive and motivated to drive work to a high standard and conclusion.

Location
Whilst remote, you can work from our Dublin office, which is located in the impressive CHQ Building, a 2 minute walk from Connolly train station, and very close to all major bus routes and both Luas lines. We're also on the doorstep of many shops, restaurants, bars & cafes.
