The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Dallas, Texas. This is a high-impact role for a designer who wants to lead projects from initial concept through testing and final delivery. You will work directly with our Director of Product Design and collaborate closely with our world-class team of engineers and researchers to craft exceptional experiences for our users.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the design process for our software, ensuring that we deliver high-fidelity, world-class work.
• Partner hands-on with our engineering team to understand technical challenges, invent creative solutions, and contribute to production code.
• Use customer data to uncover actionable design insights that improve our applications and drive product strategy.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in software design and a passion for craftsmanship. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as a product or UX designer working alongside software engineering teams.
• A proven track record of shipping successful desktop software, mobile applications, SaaS products, or games.
• Excellent visual design skills, a solid grasp of UX principles, and a repeatable approach to project delivery.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, along with a genuine drive to learn more.
• A creative problem-solving mindset. Experience or interest in photography and videography is considered a plus.
