Product Designer at Beamy

The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in France. This is a pivotal role for our company, as we are bringing our design operations in-house to support our rapid growth. You will be instrumental in evolving our product interface to be both functional and approachable for a wide range of users.

Core responsibilities

• Translate complex business objectives and user behaviors into intuitive design paths and actionable specifications.
• Create and iterate on prototypes, ranging from low to high fidelity, while validating your concepts through client feedback and A/B testing.
• Collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and maintain our evolving design system.

Skills and experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, ideally within a SaaS or startup studio environment.
• Proven ability to manage and upgrade a design system.
• Experience working in environments where user research was challenging or limited, requiring you to rely on intuition and data-driven insights.
• Fluency in French and English.
• A strong grasp of UI/UX trends and the ability to create collateral content that supports our broader business growth.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a salary range of 60,000 EUR to 70,000 EUR per year. In addition to your salary, you will receive the following:
