About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team on a Full Time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a robust, scalable design system using Figma. You will ensure that our design language remains consistent and efficient across all our platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn design outputs into reusable resources that guide our users and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma, ensuring that all work aligns with our brand guidelines and core design principles.
• Build a library of reusable components and patterns that can be easily implemented by both designers and engineers across various projects.
• Create documentation and extended tools based on your Figma work to help other teams across the organization utilize our design assets effectively.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a Product Designer or similar role.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and managing design systems within Figma.
• A strong grasp of UI/UX fundamentals, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD is considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers.

Location

This position is based in Israel and requires an on-site presence.
