We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about commerce and eager to solve complex problems that bridge the gap between customer and employee experiences.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will join a cross-disciplinary team to deliver end-to-end commerce experiences across web, mobile, and other interfaces.
Your impact
- Collaborate with product strategy and development teams to conduct user research and define experience requirements.
- Use and extend existing design systems to create engaging, highly usable interface designs that scale.
- Facilitate sketching and prototyping sessions to communicate your vision and ensure polished, high-quality implementation.
What you'll need
- Three to five years of industry experience in user experience design, including hands-on research and interface design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating interface design principles, visual design expertise, and high-fidelity project work.
- A conceptual understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to share ideas and provide constructive critique.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with data analytics to inform your design decisions.
