At Leapfrog, our design team is dedicated to continuous improvement and the pursuit of new knowledge. We partner with both startups and established companies to shepherd projects from initial conception to final product, focusing on creating streamlined and user-friendly digital experiences. We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis in a hybrid capacity based in Nepal. This role is perfect for someone who wants to own the end-to-end design process, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to impactful digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products, ensuring that every solution is intuitive and user-centered.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, effective design strategies.
- Execute hands-on design work, including UI creation, prototyping, and conducting UX research to validate and refine your concepts.
Requirements
- Possess 2 to 4 years of professional design experience, supported by a portfolio that showcases your product thinking and design process.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Framer.
- Maintain a solid understanding of mobile and responsive web design standards, accessibility guidelines, and design systems.
- Show a strong background in UX research, usability testing, and the ability to apply design thinking methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional teams.
