What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for a creative professional who thrives in a remote environment and is eager to turn intricate healthcare challenges into intuitive, beautiful user experiences. You will be responsible for the following:

• Translating complex ideas into simple, elegant, and production-ready designs.
• Taking full ownership of your projects while collaborating closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Developing rapid prototypes and concepts to test and refine our consumer-facing products.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a natural intuition for creating delightful, consumer-oriented experiences. You should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience designing web products for both desktop and mobile. Proficiency in Figma is essential, as is a strong ability to communicate your creative vision to cross-functional partners. We value individuals who are curious, ambitious, and highly receptive to feedback. You must be based in the United States and have an online portfolio that showcases your design execution and attention to detail.
