What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a vital role for our fast-paced startup environment, where you will act as the central hub for our design initiatives. You will be responsible for crafting user interfaces, building interactive prototypes, and leading projects that directly improve how our users engage with our platform.

What will you do?

• Design and evaluate complex human work systems by applying ergonomic principles and human factors engineering to boost usability and performance.
• Collect actionable data through direct observation and user testing to assess the interface characteristics of our products.
• Create cognitive aids, such as procedural storyboards, to guide the user experience across all company projects.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a related field and 1 to 3 years of professional design experience with a focus on visual detail. We are looking for someone who is curious, empathetic, and capable of advocating for the end user in every decision.

• A solid grasp of UX/UI design, including site architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Technical knowledge of web technologies, specifically HTML and CSS.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and rationalize your creative work to stakeholders.
• A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
