The opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our Platform Engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be a vital part of our design process, helping us translate complex business requirements into intuitive and beautiful user interfaces. You will work closely with our senior designers to refine our component-based design system, ensuring that our platform remains consistent, scalable, and easy for our users to navigate as we continue to grow.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with leadership, sales, and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure our designs align with the needs of our clients.
• You will actively participate in the full product lifecycle, from initial feature ideation and conceptualization all the way through to final implementation.
• You will focus on maturing our UI framework by identifying opportunities to build and reuse components, helping to keep our design system efficient and robust.

Who you are

You are a creative thinker with at least one year of experience designing interactive digital products. You have a solid grasp of component-based design principles and are comfortable working within modern design tools like Figma. You have a good understanding of web technologies and how they influence design decisions. Because we are a collaborative team, you communicate your ideas clearly and are excited to work across departments to solve challenging problems. You are fluent in English, authorized to work in the United States, and you have a keen eye for detail that helps you create intuitive experiences for our users.
