We are now looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team in Australia and help us continue to innovate.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate with our product and marketing squads to conceptualize, design, and implement solutions that redefine how people network.
• Create world-class user experiences across Android, iOS, and web platforms for both our consumer and business users.
• Develop deep user empathy to envision and execute interactions that feel intuitive and magical.
• Launch, analyze, and iterate on designs based on direct feedback loops from our customers.
• Define and evolve our company brand, voice, and visual tone.
• Contribute to the development of a robust design system to support rapid iteration and consistency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in product design, specifically shipping consumer-facing products that users love.
• Exceptional visual design skills and the ability to create marketing assets from the ground up.
• Strong user empathy and the ability to view problems from the perspective of diverse user groups.
• Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions.
• A proactive, independent mindset and a desire to grow as a designer while partnering with our Senior Product Designers.
• Fluency in English.
