We are currently looking for a talented Product Designer based in Belgium to join our growing team and help us deliver a refined, delightful experience for our users.

Key outcomes

• Manage the end-to-end design process for both new and existing features on our global platform.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design squads to shape the vision, strategy, and research efforts for your specific domain.
• Champion design excellence throughout the planning, process, and implementation stages.
• Create and refine seamless user experiences that drive long-term engagement.
• Assess performance metrics to ensure our product remains aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop creative and impactful solutions to address complex design challenges.
• Balance the need for innovation with the requirement to ship design projects efficiently.
• Work in partnership with product and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer and business problems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• A keen eye for aesthetic design and a focus on customer appeal.
• Strong foundational knowledge in visual design, interaction design, and customer research.
• Comprehensive understanding of web and responsive technologies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• A genuine interest in product design innovation and current market trends.
• The ability to advocate for accessible design solutions and communicate these principles effectively to cross-functional team members.
• Residency in Belgium with the ability to commute to our Bruges office at least once every two weeks for team meetings.
• Fluency in English.
