What is this role?

We are hiring a Product Designer to join us on a full-time basis. The position is open to candidates at the mid-level of experience and can be performed from anywhere.

What will you do?

• Craft and maintain user experiences that customers genuinely enjoy using.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create interfaces that feel elegant, straightforward, and easy to sustain over time.
• Present and explain design decisions to colleagues across different functions so everyone understands the value behind each choice.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who already holds clear views on what separates good design from great design and has a history of turning those views into shipped work. You will feel at home designing for technical users and enjoy spending time inside developer tools and workflows. Fluency with Figma is essential, and you should be comfortable using Slack, GitHub, and Jira as part of your daily work. You know how to choose the right format-whether that is FigJam, a slide deck, or another method-to share ideas effectively with different audiences. You are ready to take full ownership of important design projects from the first sketch through final delivery, bringing in teammates when their input is needed. We also value at least two years of professional design experience, ideally gained inside a fast-growing startup environment. Because our working language is English, strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
