At Flipdish, we empower independent restaurant and takeaway owners by providing intuitive technology and human support to help them thrive. As a Senior Product Designer, you will join our team in Pakistan to build world-class experiences that simplify the complexities of running a restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our restaurant optimization team to enhance our Point of Sale product, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize User Research and Design Thinking to uncover client challenges and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality visual designs that align with our brand guidelines.
- Lead the creation of our Point of Sale design system from the ground up to ensure consistency across our product suite.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on direct feedback.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to post-launch optimization.
- Champion accessibility and customer-centricity while contributing to strategic product decisions.
- Foster a strong design culture by working closely with product managers, developers, and marketers.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience designing successful digital products that solve real-world problems.
- Strong proficiency in Visual Design, User Experience (UX), and Prototyping.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive design systems.
- Experience working within Lean UX and Agile environments.
- Deep understanding of discovery processes, including journey mapping and experiment design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your digital product design capabilities.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office on Tariq Road, Karachi. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, from 1pm to 10pm PKT.
