Job Summary

As a Product Designer at Enable, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS product. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will design the end-to-end customer experience of the product.

What we are asking you to do!

Collaborate with Product Management and subject matter experts to help identify the problem space, user journeys, and design requirements based on research.

Design the end-to-end of the product user experience, such as translating complex technical concepts into intuitive user interface wireframes, and leveraging your expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

Continuously refine designs through stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data to enhance user experience

Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and provide support throughout the implementation process.

Champion and contribute to our design best practices and design systems.

What we are asking you to bring!

3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B SaaS products and complex technical solutions.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FullStory and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of UI & UX, user research, prototyping, and information architecture.

Good communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and successful product implementations.
