About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our B2B SaaS platform. You will work alongside cross-functional partners in product management, engineering, and customer success to design and refine the end-to-end experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and subject matter experts to define the problem space, map user journeys, and establish design requirements based on research.
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user interfaces, utilizing your skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
- Iterate on designs by incorporating stakeholder feedback, usability testing, and data insights to continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product design, specifically within the B2B SaaS space or with complex technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A deep understanding of UI and UX principles, including prototyping, user research, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving abilities, and successful product implementations.
Location
This position is based in Canada.
