We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team as we build out a SaaS platform designed to enable B2B integrations for The Restory. You will play a vital role in our rapidly growing startup, where your insights will directly influence our product strategy, design processes, and overall development culture.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on all UX and design initiatives by working closely with our product managers, developers, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a dedicated advocate for our brand and the end user during every stage of the product development cycle.
- Perform user research and testing to validate your designs and incorporate feedback into your iterative process.
- Create new features and functionality as our platform evolves past the MVP stage.
- Help define and refine our design workflows as our team scales.
- Foster an open and highly collaborative environment within our growing team.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in Product Design and UX Design.
- Proven ability to conduct effective user research and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- A track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
