What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our Client-Embedded Product Design stream on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will act as a natural extension of our clients' internal teams, focusing on ownership, collaboration, and high-level product thinking. We are looking for someone who can lead conversations and make data-informed design decisions while maintaining a deep, proactive approach to product strategy.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, including user research, ideation, UX flows, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence and shape product roadmaps.
• Actively integrate an AI-first approach into your daily workflow, treating artificial intelligence as a creative partner for ideation and problem-solving.

• At least 3 years of professional experience within product teams.
• Expertise in end-to-end design, with a particular emphasis on user experience.
• A proven ability to apply research, analytics, and experimentation to your design process.
• Excellent facilitation skills and fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments and familiarity with product discovery or stakeholder management.
