We are Stytch, and we are building the most robust identity platform for developers. Our mission is to remove friction from the internet by providing powerful APIs for authentication, authorization, and fraud prevention. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. Based in the SF Bay Area, you will collaborate with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to shape the future of developer tools. We value in-person collaboration and look for team members who are excited to work from our office 2 to 3 days each week.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for our complex technical products, ensuring our solutions are both simple and powerful.
- Act as a design advocate by refining and scaling our existing design systems to maintain consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Provide mentorship to the design team and play a key role in shaping the long-term design culture at Stytch.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product design.
- Proven background in designing developer-focused tools or software.
- Deep familiarity with building and maintaining design systems.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to partner effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced startup environment is considered a strong asset.
What we offer
The expected base salary for this position is $175,000 to $205,000 USD. In addition to base compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following perks:
