The opportunity
We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our applications across iOS, MacOS, web, and Android. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging experiences that help our users navigate their financial journeys with confidence. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, where you will join the rest of the team in our Brooklyn office at least two days a week.
A day in the life
- You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to craft user-centered design solutions.
- You will manage the end-to-end design process, ranging from initial ideation and user research to creating high-fidelity prototypes and detailed design specifications.
- You will help bring our strategic initiatives to life by developing visual assets, documentation, and high-fidelity prototypes that feature polished animations and transitions.
Who you are
You are a seasoned designer with at least four years of experience, ideally within the fintech or consumer app space. You possess a strong command of Figma and other modern design tools, paired with excellent visual and interaction design skills. You are a clear communicator who can articulate your design decisions effectively, and you have the ability to manage your own projects with independence. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has a genuine interest in personal finance, and maintains a growth mindset that welcomes feedback and new ideas.
