At PackageX, we are building the digital backbone of the global supply chain. Our platform uses advanced AI scanning and flexible applications to automate logistics processes like inventory management and order fulfillment for warehouses and stores. We are looking for a talented individual to join our distributed global team and help us orchestrate the movement of physical goods through innovative design.
About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, creating intuitive interfaces that simplify complex logistics workflows for our users. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions are both functional and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric workflows for web and mobile platforms that prioritize clarity and efficiency for operational staff, including warehouse workers and fleet managers.
- Lead the full design lifecycle, from initial user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex logistics data into actionable visuals, such as dashboards and analytics views.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 6 years of experience in digital product design, ideally within B2B or operational environments.
- A proven track record of shipping at least two successful mobile or web applications that are currently in use.
- Expertise in Figma or Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and building scalable design systems.
- Strong graphic design capabilities to produce high-quality product collateral, slide decks, and visual documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- A deep understanding of UX best practices, including accessibility and responsive design principles.
Location
This position is based in Pakistan.
