The opportunity

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our digital factory tools and advanced construction methods. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, human-centered solutions that connect complex manufacturing processes with real-world construction execution. By working closely with our engineers and product managers, you will help turn data and insights into impactful designs that support both our current projects and our long-term vision for autonomous construction.

A day in the life

• You will take full ownership of your product designs, ensuring they are both functional and elegant.
• You will advocate for the user by running concept and usability testing directly in live operations and field projects.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into clear, tested solutions while contributing to our evolving design language system.

Who you are

You are a curious and pragmatic designer with at least 4 years of experience, ideally gained within a fast-paced startup environment. You possess a strong background in Product Design, Interaction Design, and Visual Design, and you are comfortable working with design systems and prototyping tools. You communicate fluently in English, and you have a portfolio that showcases your ability to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
