At Level Access, we lead the way in digital accessibility, helping organizations create inclusive online experiences that work for everyone. We are looking for a Product Designer who is ready to shape the future of our Testing product area and help us deliver tools that make digital spaces more usable and equitable.
What you'll be doing
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for our digital accessibility technology products, ensuring every interaction supports a wide range of users.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define requirements, explore solutions, and deliver polished experiences that improve both customer and internal workflows.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, including unmoderated sessions with tools like Maze, then translate findings into clear design improvements and contribute to our shared design systems for consistency across the platform.
What you'll bring
You will bring 3-4 years of hands-on experience contributing to design systems and working with product managers in agile environments. You are skilled at framing problems, running discovery work, and using data to guide design decisions for web applications, native apps, and plugins. You communicate clearly in English, both in writing and conversation, and you know how to build alignment across teams. You also have sophisticated knowledge of UX research practices and have used unmoderated testing tools such as Maze. Experience with service design practices and a strong grasp of accessibility principles are valued but not required.
