What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in our hybrid work environment, based in the United States, as you help us design and deliver innovations that accelerate software release cycles. Your work will involve deep collaboration with our product team to solve complex challenges through research, strategy, and iterative design.

• Contribute to the definition, design, and delivery of features that help our customers build better software faster.
• Manage the full design lifecycle, including user research, information architecture, prototyping, and visual design.
• Collaborate with our Lead Product Designer to maintain and evolve our internal design system.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong foundation in user-centered design principles. You should have at least three years of hands-on experience designing for cloud-based, B2B SaaS products and a degree in a field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or Human Factors. We look for individuals who are proficient in industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and who possess a keen eye for modern aesthetics, typography, and iconography. Experience working with AI technology is highly valued, as is a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional squads. Proficiency in English is required, and while we prefer candidates based in the Boston area, we welcome remote applicants who can consistently work during Eastern U.S. time zone hours.
