We are currently looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our mobile apps delivery squad and help shape the future of our iOS and Android experiences.

Key outcomes

• Take full ownership of design work for our native mobile applications while collaborating closely with a senior design mentor.
• Develop engaging and intuitive user interfaces and experiences using Figma.
• Create clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to gather customer insights and make data-informed decisions that improve the user experience.
• Present design rationales and key milestones to peers and leadership.
• Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Uphold ethical standards and contribute to a supportive, inclusive culture within the design team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing for iOS and Android native applications.
• Practical knowledge of Apple Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for delivering mobile applications.
• Solid UX skills, including journey mapping, wireframing, and the ability to iterate from low-fidelity to high-fidelity concepts.
• Experience in developing and maintaining design systems, including atomic design principles.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A curious mindset with a strong interest in current mobile design trends and emerging technologies.
• A commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative, no-ego approach to design.
• Fluency in English.
