Product Designer II at Color

At Color Health, we are dedicated to revolutionizing cancer care through our Virtual Cancer Clinic, which serves as the nation's first platform to provide physician-led, multidisciplinary support across all 50 states. Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to define product direction and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Translate complex requirements and insights into intentional, user-focused experiences that serve a diverse patient population.
• Help build a scalable, human-centered design practice that ensures our healthcare products remain accessible, inclusive, and effective for everyone.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a product designer, with a proven track record of shipping consumer or enterprise applications.
• A systems-thinking mindset that allows you to connect individual projects to broader design systems and user models.
• Strong analytical skills and experience leading or participating in user research to drive design decisions through qualitative and quantitative data.
• The ability to navigate complex regulatory and technical constraints while advocating for seamless, inclusive user experiences.
• A portfolio of case studies that clearly demonstrates how you frame problems, gather insights, and iterate on product solutions.

What we offer
