Product Design Strategist at Blinkux

We are Blink, a user experience firm dedicated to helping the world’s most prominent companies build products that people truly love. With over twenty years of experience, we have partnered with industry giants like Amazon, Microsoft, NASA, and Starbucks to deliver evidence-driven design and strategy. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Design Strategist to join our Embedded practice for a one-year contract. In this role, you will be based on-site in Atlanta, GA, where you will help lead the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions for one of our key client partners.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and product leaders to uncover user needs and identify opportunities for innovative solutions.
• Facilitate user research methods to develop personas, experience maps, user journey maps, and service blueprints that guide product development.
• Lead Design Thinking workshops to foster ideation, experimentation, and stakeholder alignment while providing insights on emerging technology trends and competitive landscapes.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated professional with a strong background in data-driven product design and a deep working knowledge of Figma. We are looking for someone who can translate high-level product visions into actionable experiences that align with strategic goals. Your qualifications should include:

• Extensive experience with research strategies, including field and moderated research, to validate user behaviors and frictions.
• A proven ability to use product data and analytics to inform feature prioritization and product direction.
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and convey thought leadership.
• A history of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Highly desired: Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or designing enterprise software platforms.
• Fluency in English.
