The opportunity

We are seeking a Product Design Manager to join our remote-first team. In this role, you will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of the onchain economy by crafting empowering experiences for developers. You will work alongside our Product and Engineering teams to simplify complex technologies, ensuring that our products are both powerful and intuitive. By building in the open and engaging directly with our community, you will help shape the future of how developers interact with the onchain ecosystem.

A day in the life

• Lead and inspire a team of product designers, providing consistent coaching on design craft, strategy, and execution.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to define the product vision and improve the user experience for our community.
• Identify and drive improvements across critical user journeys to ensure our tools remain accessible and effective for all builders.

Who you are

You are a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the onchain space, or you have a proven ability to master complex, emerging technologies quickly. You thrive on turning uncertainty into order and possess a high standard for visual and interaction design. Your background includes:

• At least 8 years of experience in product design, with a minimum of 3 years in a management capacity.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction for developer-focused products.
• Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A native understanding of the onchain ecosystem and the needs of its users.
