About the Role
We are seeking a Product Design Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position designed for a player-coach who is ready to elevate our design standards. You will lead a talented team of designers, ensuring our product execution remains high-quality while fostering a culture of growth, first-principles thinking, and deep customer empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, establishing best practices and helping them refine their craft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to solve complex business and customer problems.
- Oversee the evolution of our design system to ensure it scales effectively while delivering delightful experiences for our users.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in Product Design, including a minimum of 1 year in a management capacity.
- A proven history of successfully mentoring direct reports and improving organizational design standards.
- Extensive experience shipping complex B2B workflows that involve multiple stakeholders and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with leadership across Product, Engineering, and Marketing departments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and prioritization frameworks to executive teams.
