Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Design Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the London area, where you will have the flexibility to balance office collaboration with remote work. You will be instrumental in defining our design culture and ensuring our products deliver a world-class experience to our users.
Your impact
- Champion design methodology across all product and engineering departments to ensure a consistent, user-centered approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in engineering, product management, and marketing to integrate design best practices into our core company culture.
- Lead and mentor the design team to translate complex user needs into high-quality, intuitive experiences for our technical audience.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience designing software products, ideally within B2B, SaaS, or PaaS environments.
- A strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in usability, accessibility, responsive design, and visual design.
- Fluency in Figma and other modern prototyping tools.
- Proven experience leading design teams and navigating complex, technical subject matter.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A background in developer experience or financial services is considered a significant advantage.
- Professional fluency in English.
