Recognized as the number one sales onboarding and training product by G2 and a leader in the Forrester Wave for Revenue Enablement Platforms, we are looking for a visionary Product Design Manager to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. We need a leader who is deeply committed to user-centered design and capable of delivering world-class experiences across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership, as well as UX researchers, to align on design objectives and translate business needs into exceptional user experiences.
- Mentor and supervise a team of product designers, setting clear growth plans and career goals while continuously evaluating competencies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Define and execute UX strategy by monitoring engagement data, conducting usability studies, and validating mock-ups to ensure our products remain intuitive and effective.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in designing web or mobile applications, with a strong preference for B2B SaaS backgrounds.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing product or UX design teams.
- A professional portfolio showcasing your previous work is required for consideration.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies, including the ability to create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and UI concepts.
- Proficiency with Figma as your primary design tool, along with a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- A degree in design or a related field is preferred.
