The opportunity
We are looking for our first Product Design Manager to join our team in France. Design is at the very heart of our product organization, and we need a leader who can bridge the gap between complex B2B challenges and intuitive, beautiful user experiences. Reporting directly to our VP of Product, Pauline Marol, you will play a pivotal role in coaching a team of three talented product designers while defining the strategic vision for our platform. This is an executive-level opportunity to build our design culture, establish operational excellence, and ensure that our design standards remain best-in-class as we continue our rapid global expansion.
A day in the life
- Lead and mentor a team of three product designers, providing consistent feedback and guidance to help them grow while ensuring their work aligns with our broader business goals.
- Define and articulate our long-term design vision, including the development of our design system and the establishment of robust processes that balance speed with high-quality output.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, using user feedback and industry trend analysis to drive innovation across our platform.
Who you are
You are a seasoned design leader with at least 10 years of experience in product design, specifically within complex B2B environments. You possess a sharp creative eye, capable of jumping from low-fidelity sketches to pixel-perfect designs to support your team. You are a natural collaborator who thrives on brainstorming and values diverse perspectives. Because you will be communicating design directions to senior stakeholders and founders, you must be a confident communicator. You are fluent in English, and while our product team conducts much of its internal work in French, you are comfortable navigating both languages in a professional setting.
