Product Design Lead at Connecteam

What is this role?

We are searching for a Product Design Lead to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position where you will be the first person to formally lead our design strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform by managing and mentoring our design team while collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality experiences for both web and mobile users.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing the guidance and support needed to foster professional growth.
• Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that directly supports our broader business vision and goals.
• Oversee the full product design lifecycle, ranging from initial user research and wireframing to final visual design and usability testing.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in SaaS or product-focused companies. We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• At least 5 years of experience in product design, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role where you managed a team of at least 4 designers.
• A robust portfolio that highlights your work on complex B2C or SaaS systems across mobile and web platforms.
• Expertise in the complete design process, specifically Figma and Adobe CC, along with a deep understanding of interaction design and user research.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MacOS.
