Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to our design team.
• Play an active role in our hiring process to help grow the team.
• Contribute to design operations projects to refine and improve our design functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and facilitate productive ideation sessions.
• Advocate for our product strategies and customers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and highly collaborative environment.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of experience designing responsive web applications, websites, and design systems for SaaS or similar products.
• Strong familiarity with Figma, design systems, and pattern libraries.
• Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including discovery and usability testing.
• A deep commitment to user advocacy and a natural ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong listening skills and a high level of empathy.
• Fluency in English.

• Prior experience in people management or leading a design team.
