Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and provide constructive feedback to our design team.
- Play an active role in our hiring process to help grow the team.
- Contribute to design operations projects to refine and improve our design functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and facilitate productive ideation sessions.
- Advocate for our product strategies and customers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and highly collaborative environment.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience designing responsive web applications, websites, and design systems for SaaS or similar products.
- Strong familiarity with Figma, design systems, and pattern libraries.
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including discovery and usability testing.
- A deep commitment to user advocacy and a natural ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong listening skills and a high level of empathy.
- Fluency in English.

- Prior experience in people management or leading a design team.
