Key Responsibilities
Design Production
- Produce UI solutions for Demos and Prototypes for specific use cases.
- Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture strategically address and resolve user pain points.
Continuous Learning and Personal Development
- Develop a growth mindset in the face of ambiguity, seek coaching from others, and apply insights for optimized performance.
- Learn from failures and apply lessons to improve subsequent efforts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Management and Prioritization
- Work independently and guide others on projects from concept to implementation
- Define the project scope by understanding business objectives and identifying root causes
Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Ask the right questions to clarify business objectives and project scope.
- Provide actionable feedback to others' projects and actively contribute to peers' work.
- Document decision-making in a clear and understandable manner for collaboration.
Basic Qualification
- Have aesthetic sense mixed with a good technical background.
- Have communication and storytelling skills.
- Have some experience prototyping with Figma.
These qualifications will help you stand out
- You're iterative, intuitive, inventive and innovative, and you love to solve wicked problems.
- You aspire to become a multi-disciplined designer, such as in illustration, animation, motion, interaction, or other.
- You're familiar with animations
