Role at a glance
We are looking for an Executive-level Product Design Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in France. You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and serve as a key member of our Product Leadership Group, guiding the visual identity and user experience of our B2B marketplace.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a talented team of 10 designers and 3 design leads, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous professional growth.
- Define the design vision and strategy, ensuring our product remains intuitive and valuable while aligning closely with our broader business goals and brand identity.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration by working alongside Engineering, Product Management, Data Science, and business partners to simplify complex workflows and deliver exceptional user experiences.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 5 years spent in a leadership capacity.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multifaceted design practices, including design systems, user research, content design, and localization.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to evangelize design principles across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to build inclusive, high-trust teams and drive innovation, ideally with exposure to AI-driven solutions or B2B SaaS environments.
