What you'll be doing

• You will craft clear and empathetic copy for our app, website, and digital communications, ensuring every message resonates with our members.
• You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to develop intuitive microcopy for buttons, tooltips, and interface elements that guide users through their journey.
• You will refine our brand voice by proofreading and editing content, while conducting research to ensure our messaging remains relevant and supportive for those managing OCD.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in writing and a genuine passion for mental health advocacy. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• One to two years of professional experience in copywriting, ideally within a tech or product-focused environment.
• Exceptional skills in editing and proofreading, with a keen eye for maintaining a conversational and concise tone.
• A solid understanding of UX writing principles and the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences.
• Proficiency or familiarity with design tools like Figma, as well as standard collaboration software.
• Fluency in English and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced setting.
