Product Analyst at SeekOut

What are we looking to add to our team?    

We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insightful charts and reports to track various product metrics. You will also ensure accurate event tracking to support effective analysis and reporting. This position requires close collaboration with product managers, marketing teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. We are looking to hire for Bangalore (Hybrid Work Setup) with 4-6 Years of Experience.

What you will be doing: 

• Develop, maintain, and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track product performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate tracking of events and data across platforms, including MixPanel, and ensure data is recorded in the right ways.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement and maintain proper tracking mechanisms.
• Define and track key usage and ROI metrics to measure product success.
• Work with Product and Customer Success teams to design and enhance customer-facing usage, activity, and ROI reports.
• Develop internal usage and success metrics with Product, and provide regular reporting and insights into user behavior and ways to improve it.
• Drive regular reviews to ensure visibility and progress towards usage outcomes.
• Conduct data validation and integrity checks to ensure high-quality reports.
• Communicate findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will be a great match if you have:

• 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong foundation in product metrics and reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Experience working with data platforms like Databricks.
• Familiarity with event tracking tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and communicate insights effectively.

Educational Background:

• Bachelors in Engineering or MBA.
