About the Role
What’s next for Eneba? Something a little unexpected - and a lot exciting: we’re opening a new business direction focused on viral video projects on YouTube.
We’re looking for a Producer to kick off and grow a new YouTube channel from scratch. You’ll work side-by-side with the Product Owner, who defines the creative vision, while you’ll be the one driving execution: setting up workflows, assembling and managing a team, and ensuring ideas turn into high-quality, engaging video content.
This is a rare chance to build something from zero – shaping not the content itself, but the entire production process, team, and culture behind it. If you love the idea of combining hands-on production leadership with building new structures and ways of working, THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU.

Responsibilities
  • Build and own the end-to-end production pipeline.
  • Hire and manage a creative team (videographers, editors, writers, actors, etc.) in Lithuania and abroad.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to turn ideas into published videos.
  • Oversee pre-production decisions, delegate clear tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Take full responsibility for the production quality of viral content.
  • Manage budgets, track finances, and plan cost-saving initiatives.
  • Step into different roles when needed - from scripting to coordination or editing feedback.


    • Requirements
  • Strong drive to build this project from scratch and take full ownership of its success.
  • Proven experience in video production (Producer, Project Coordinator, or similar role).
  • Experience hiring and managing video creators and production teams in Lithuania and abroad.
  • Hands-on approach: ready to step in with briefs, coordination, editing, or other tasks.
  • Financial management and budget-tracking skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who brings structure and clarity to new projects.
  • Good English skills (B2 level is enough).


    • Nice-to-have:
  • Direct YouTube experience.
  • Knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem, viral content strategies, and best practices.
