About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our new YouTube channel, taking ownership of the entire production process. You will work closely with our Product Owner to translate creative visions into high-quality, engaging video content. This is a rare opportunity to build a production culture and team from scratch, allowing you to shape the workflows and strategies that will define our success in this new space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the end-to-end production pipeline, ensuring every project meets our quality standards.
• Recruit and lead a talented creative team, including videographers, editors, writers, and actors, both locally in Lithuania and internationally.
• Take full ownership of production budgets, financial tracking, and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong drive to take ownership of new projects and a proven track record in video production. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a Producer or Project Coordinator capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and manage diverse creative teams.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with the willingness to jump into scripting, coordination, or editing feedback as needed.
• Strong financial management skills and the ability to track budgets effectively.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with at least a B2 level of proficiency in English.
• A creative mindset and the ability to bring structure to new, ambiguous projects.
• Bonus points for direct experience with the YouTube ecosystem and viral content strategies.

Location

This position is based in Lithuania and offers a hybrid work model, allowing you the flexibility to work from the office, remotely, or while traveling.
