Print Designer at Hill House Home

Hill House Home is a rapidly expanding lifestyle brand that brings beauty and joy to everyday rituals. Since our launch in 2016, we have evolved from a bedding company into a destination for apparel, accessories, and home goods, all defined by our signature aesthetic and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. As we continue to grow our collections and partnerships, we are looking for a creative visionary to join us as our first full-time Print Designer.

Role at a glance

This is a full-time, mid-level position based in our NYC corporate office. We operate on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be in the office three days per week. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity by collaborating closely with our design, merchandising, and product development teams to bring our print collections to life.

Your impact

• Translate seasonal concepts into innovative, cohesive print collections that align with our brand aesthetic.
• Create compelling original artwork through hand-drawing and painting, while managing the technical process of cleaning and color-separating designs for production.
• Partner with product development teams to ensure all print files are optimized for mill limitations and successfully executed across our apparel and accessory categories.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of professional experience specifically in print design.
• Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong artistic abilities, including hand-drawing and painting original artwork.
• A deep understanding of textile manufacturing, garment construction, and printing techniques.
• Proven experience working directly with factories and mills to manage print approvals and development timelines.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
