We are looking for a strategic Principal Product Marketing Manager to spearhead the go-to-market efforts for our suite of quantum algorithms and applied use cases. As the world’s largest integrated quantum company, Quantinuum combines high-fidelity hardware with advanced software to drive breakthroughs in fields like cybersecurity, materials discovery, and quantum AI. With a team of approximately 600 employees, including over 370 scientists and engineers, we are dedicated to accelerating the quantum computing revolution. This leadership role is essential for communicating the tangible value of our technology to enterprise, government, and research sectors as we transition quantum computing from exploration to real-world implementation.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute compelling narratives that translate complex quantum algorithms into measurable benefits for diverse customer segments.
- Direct cross-functional marketing initiatives to support the launch and scaling of our software offerings and domain-specific solutions.
- Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to guide our product positioning and partnership strategies.
- Create high-impact enablement assets and training programs to empower our sales, business development, and partner teams.
- Produce authoritative content, including whitepapers, use case studies, and presentations, tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
- Build comprehensive messaging frameworks aimed at academic institutions, government bodies, and key industry verticals such as finance, pharma, energy, and logistics.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering.
- At least 12 years of experience in product marketing for B2B or B2G environments, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on deep tech or enterprise software.
- Professional fluency in English.
- The ability to work on-site in the United Kingdom.
Preferred qualifications
- A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline, such as applied mathematics, physics, or quantum computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and their practical applications.
- Proven success in leading go-to-market strategies within emerging technology or early-stage environments.
- Experience marketing advanced platforms in scientific computing, HPC, or AI/ML.
- Familiarity with technology procurement models, grant-funded programs, and public sector R&D.
- Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
