About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Product Manager on a full-time basis to lead New Product Experimentation. In this role you will explore how AI, generative AI, and agentic AI can reshape the way we serve small businesses while also creating valuable internal applications. You will run rapid experiments to identify which AI-driven products customers truly value and are willing to pay for, guiding those ideas from concept through to breakthrough adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic AI and agent-driven product initiatives from initial concept through launch and into strong market adoption.
- Define vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, and success metrics for your products while partnering daily with engineering and design teams.
- Lead customer research and prototype experiments that validate promising ideas, then decide when to scale or pivot based on evidence.
Requirements
- Experience in product management or an equivalent function such as entrepreneur or engineering manager, building products inside fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
- Proven success taking innovative B2B financial solutions or financial SaaS products from concept to production with measurable adoption results.
- Skill using research, experimentation, and product analytics to identify high-priority use cases and inform decisions.
- Strong curiosity, problem-solving ability, and communication skills, plus familiarity with the latest AI/ML advancements and industry trends.
- Motivation to maintain high standards and speed inside a high-growth, early-stage setting; experience shipping an AI or agent product is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $206,000 - $340,000.
