About the Role
We are hiring a Principal Product Manager, AI Search on a full-time basis. In this senior remote position you will own the Search product roadmap, guide our teams in delivering AI-powered discovery experiences, and help customers unlock the full potential of generative AI for e-commerce search.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Search product roadmap from strategy through execution, ensuring every initiative aligns with business goals and customer needs while mentoring team members to deliver on scope and schedule.
- Lead our A/B testing program in partnership with Research & Development and Customer Success, analyzing results to surface performance lifts and turning those insights into actionable roadmap updates and customer playbooks.
- Partner with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and enterprise customers to maintain alignment, support go-to-market activities, and resolve escalations with credible product expertise.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience at the intersection of search, e-commerce, and AI/ML technologies, including large language models, vector search, personalization, keyword search, ML ranking models, and data enrichment.
- 1–3 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a track record of launching impactful features and empowering others as a product leader.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and the ability to translate technical concepts and trade-offs into clear business outcomes.
- Strong, influential communication skills, a growth mindset, high ownership, and the resourcefulness to balance entrepreneurial drive with the right level of process.
Location
This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $210,000–$275,000, plus bonus and RSUs.
