The role

We are seeking a Principal Product Designer to join our high-impact team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a key role in shaping the future of our mental fitness products. While this is a remote role available to candidates across North and South America, we have a preference for those located in or near Los Angeles, California.

Core responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex design initiatives, ensuring the delivery of creative and high-quality results.
• Partner with engineers and content strategists to translate deep problems into elegant, user-focused solutions.
• Mentor other designers on the team to help them grow their skills while advocating for design excellence across the company.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience designing mobile products with a portfolio that showcases exceptional UX and UI work.
• Deep user empathy combined with strong skills in visual and interaction design.
• Expertise in Figma and a comprehensive understanding of mobile design patterns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a hunger for solving complex problems.
