What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Principal Growth Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in a full-time, remote capacity. You will be instrumental in scaling our go-to-market strategy and establishing our brand as an industry leader. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses brand development, lead generation, and digital campaigns.
• Taking full ownership of demand generation initiatives by leveraging SEO, SEM, paid media, and account-based marketing to drive pipeline growth.
• Partnering with our product and sales teams to craft compelling messaging and create enablement materials that resonate with technical buyers like CISOs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least seven years of marketing experience within the B2B SaaS sector, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or risk management. We are looking for a candidate who has successfully built marketing functions from the ground up in an early-stage startup environment. You must possess a strong analytical mindset to measure campaign impact and have deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM platforms. We value candidates who are excellent communicators, highly collaborative, and genuinely passionate about solving complex cybersecurity challenges. Proficiency in English is required, and a background in technical writing or industry analysis is considered a plus.
