Key outcomes

• Take end-to-end ownership of large-scale data and AI programs, including strategic advisory, roadmap development, and implementation oversight across multiple workstreams.
• Shape and steer high-impact client engagements by connecting the C-suite with innovative solutions that drive measurable business transformation.
• Guide and inspire teams of engagement managers, project leaders, data scientists, and engineers to ensure excellence in delivery and talent development.
• Act as a strategic advisor to our clients, building deep partnerships and challenging thinking at the highest levels.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, leading proposals, and expanding our client base.
• Advance our thought leadership by representing Rewire at conferences, contributing to publications, and developing new methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or data and AI-driven environments, with a proven track record of leading complex transformations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strategic and analytical sharpness, with the ability to navigate complexity and connect technology to business value.
• Strong business development acumen, including client origination and proposal leadership.
• Experience building client relationships at the executive level.
• A strong academic track record, preferably in a STEM field.
• Fluency in both English and German, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, as projects typically require onsite presence for several days per week.
