We are looking for a Pricing Strategy Manager to join our team and help shape the monetization strategies that power our global business communications platform. This is a remote, full-time opportunity for someone passionate about driving growth and simplifying the customer experience through innovative pricing and packaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive pricing and packaging strategies that optimize business performance through financial analysis and competitive research.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to align pricing models with product roadmaps and strategic business goals.
- Analyze complex sets of sales, customer, and financial data to identify growth opportunities and validate new pricing hypotheses.
- Lead cross-functional projects that translate strategic vision into measurable business impact.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to peers and senior leadership.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of professional experience in pricing strategy, with a minimum of 3 years focused on SaaS, telecom, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and evaluating monetization frameworks.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working within a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with global pricing challenges, including market-specific regulations.
- Knowledge of advanced pricing survey methodologies such as conjoint analysis or Van Westendorp.
- An MBA qualification.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is 79,000 to 99,000 USD.
