What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to join our Applied Engineering team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located in the Eastern or Pacific time zones of the United States. In this role, you will act as the technical authority, bridging the gap between our advanced AI speech technology and the specific business needs of our customers.
What will you do?
- Lead technical discovery sessions and design tailored solutions for enterprise prospects.
- Architect and build custom proof-of-concepts and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform.
- Provide expert guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies while partnering with account executives to navigate technical requirements.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture. We are looking for someone with a strong software engineering background and proficiency in modern languages like Python or JavaScript. You should be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. While not required, experience with AI, NLP, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and formal sales methodologies will set you apart.
