We are looking for a Practice Director for Marketing to join our leadership team, help drive our growth strategy, and foster a thriving community of consultants.
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth by identifying target clients, understanding their business needs, and securing new consulting opportunities.
- Act as a billable leader, maintaining 100% utilization while delivering high-quality solutions directly to our clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to build talent, elevate our consulting capabilities, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Lead a Community of Practice by mentoring consultants, facilitating skill development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to align supply and demand, manage project staffing, and support engagement renewals.
- Set recruitment priorities and act as an ambassador for our firm's values and expertise.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to consultants to support their career growth and retention.
Must-haves
- Extensive subject matter expertise in marketing, including marketing strategy, customer journeys, product marketing, segmentation, and performance metrics.
- At least 5 years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, even without formal authority.
- Polished business writing and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, including relationship management and strategic communication.
- Commitment to conducting business with transparency and integrity.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Over 10 years of experience in consulting, specifically focused on delivering business value.
- Over 10 years of experience managing senior client relationships and leading concurrent projects.
- A Bachelor’s degree.
