What you'll be doing
- You will evaluate market opportunities by building detailed models, defining unmet clinical needs, and keeping a close watch on competitive technology and industry trends.
- You will collaborate with our internal technology teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize new investment areas that drive growth.
- You will engage directly with key opinion leaders and customers through advisory boards and field visits to gather essential insights that shape our product strategy and portfolio development.
What you'll bring
- You possess a strong background in bringing early-stage medical device concepts from initial development through to commercialization.
- You have demonstrated success in medical device innovation strategy, including a proven ability to identify opportunities that result in new, viable therapies.
- You are highly skilled at navigating organizational complexity, driving alignment among stakeholders, and applying analytical and quantitative expertise to solve business challenges.
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in a remote environment.
What you'll get
The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000 per year. In addition to your base pay, you will receive the following benefits:
