What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Podcast Producer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the specified regions. In this role, you will take full ownership of our podcast series, managing everything from the initial research and scripting phases to the final technical production and distribution strategy.

What will you do?

• Conduct deep research on speakers to develop comprehensive scripts and questions that lead to engaging, high-quality interviews.
• Manage the entire technical recording process, ensuring high-quality audio and video output while coordinating with team members and guests.
• Lead post-production efforts, which include editing episodes, creating social media clips, writing compelling titles and descriptions, and managing distribution across platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple.

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of podcast production.
• Strong technical proficiency with podcasting tools, with specific experience in Riverside being a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and confidently with high-level guests.
• A solid understanding of video editing and social media distribution best practices.
• A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables for every episode.
• Fluency in English.
